Waste of a trip. Two hour drive each way. Tech screwed up MRI procedure and couldn’t continue. Now I have to wait another month for appointment. Front desk staff hasn’t access to schedule so they must wait in cue just like regular customer to make appointment. Waited more than 20 minutes just to get new appointment scheduled and now another month delay. I already waited a month for this appointment and now another month. What if they mess up next time? Since I already paid my co-pay, I’m stuck.
