Very professional and responsible
Timely efficient
Everyone from the person scheduling my exams to the front desk greeting me and the darling x/ray technician who was a sweetheart, everyone was fabulous. Even as I was leaving they made sure I was good. If id known Desert Rad was like this I would have changed years ago. Thank you for your professionalism and going the step above.
The Staff admitted me efficiently and rescheduled my first appointment to accommodate failure to pre authorize my insurance. The tech was efficient and kind. Scheduling failed to authorize my insurance initially. After a week exam has still not been read or reported by a radiologist, too slow in turn around…still waiting for results…

The staff is great. I had several different appointments, each for a different body part. Every person I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and explained, in detail, what will happen, what they are doing at present and what happens next. The technicians in each field were great. The front desk was professional and willing to assist. Would definitely recommend!
Went there for a CT scan of lower body and the technician “Traci” was absolutely amazing ! She compassionately explained what was involved and when it came time for the Contrast dye to be put in, she did a fantastic job of getting the IV started without a single problem, the very 1st time was a success ! I highly recommend DR but without a doubt I’d absolutely request to have “Traci” as the technician if at all possible !!
Staff is amazing. I have been here several times and always receive the same professional care. Very pleasant experience.
Besides having to wait a little longer than expected my treatment was unusually well explained and performed with such great professionalism. I have never had this procedure done before but it was better than I expected.
