As always everyone was absolutely wonderful, very kind, caring, helpful, efficient and made a very difficult situation for me as comfortable and painless as possible. Compared to past experiences in this location, this was by far the best experience I've had there. The staff was very friendly and patient with people checking in and asking questions, and they actually showed sincere care with everyone. My past experience, at this location, was feeling like people were putting the front desk staff out by just being there. The front desk staff just wanted to chat amongst themselves and not be bothered with questions. It was a really good experience this time with the current staff!
