You cant seem to get preauthorization for for appointments in time for the scheduled appts. They have to be rescheduledĀ
Well first off when calling Desert Radiology, nobody answers the phone so the only way to book an appointment was to show up at the office. Upon arrival I had to fill out paperwork and then I was shipped off to a back room and it took me 40 minutes to speak to one of the two girls in the back room to book an appointment. Very poor customer service.Ā

I can only recommend the facility on Eastern not making the appt by phone, I was on hold for 45 minutes just to setup the appt!Ā
The office staff was great but the doctors and I have completely different meanings of the word āstatā.Ā
Waste of a trip. Two hour drive each way. Tech screwed up MRI procedure and couldnāt continue. Now I have to wait another month for appointment. Front desk staff hasnāt access to schedule so they must wait in cue just like regular customer to make appointment. Waited more than 20 minutes just to get new appointment scheduled and now another month delay. I already waited a month for this appointment and now another month. What if they mess up next time? Since I already paid my co-pay, Iām stuck.Ā
