Everyone, from the receptionist to the actual ultrasound scanning person, was very courteous and compassionate. You have an excellent group of people there!Ā
The receptionist Holly was lovely. Very nice and caring. The Technician was ācoldā. Not friendly, just there and probably wishing she wasnāt there. Made me very nervous and scared.Ā

Was going to give it a five stars until you insisted having a review of so many words. I suggest you fire this company that does your feedback!Ā
I will not wish on anybody dealing with the scheduler that I had to deal with. She does not have a clue of what pre authorization means, not aware of what stat test means, she needs a lot of training. Wasted my time every time I called knowing that my test was already approved by my insurance and that my physician obtained pre authorization as well. She kept saying for days that they didnāt have the orders. My insurance and the doctorās office had to call her to finally get her to schedule my test. Please train your sta...Ā read more
The front office staff took more than 45 minutes to get me checked in after having to arrive 15 minutes early in which I was there 20 mins early. The two technicians never helped me get on the table for the procedure, Iām 85 years old in a wheelchair and with oxygen. They told my daughter to help me get on the table. Iām 4ā8ā tall they didnāt even offer a stool until my daughter told them there was no way I could get on that high table alone. First of all, it is pretty bad that you have to stay on hold from 30 minutes to an hour or longer to make an appt. And that you are talking to someone overseas and it is hard to understand or they donāt understand what you need. Then you tell us to be there 20 or 30 minutes ahead of your appt., then you have to wait over 30 minutes for your appt. By the time I was called back, I was there over an hour waiting for my appt. Desert Radiologyās policy of waiting until 2 to 3 days prior to a scheduled procedure to get pre-authorization from insurance companies, on that procedure causes unnecessary rescheduling of appointments. Recently, Iāve had two appointments with them canceled the day before the procedure because they had not gotten pre-authorization in time.Ā
