Unreasonable wait time on hold (50 mins) with no call back option. Radnisha had me on the phone for at least another 30-40 mins only to fail at her scheduling attempt. No record of appointment showed up on physicians records nor when I had to contract desert radiology to confirm. I’m lucky my doctor questioned it or I would have shown up for an appointment I thought was made.

The front desk experience made me want to leave. They were harsh, snippy and made me even feel like my doctor’s order wasn’t enough. Of course the tech approved it. They give off the vibe, “We don’t want to help you unless you’re good enough for us.” Immediately put me in a bad mood. However the tech was amazing. Thoughtful.
