The staff was professional and helpful. This the second time I’ve been to this location and was very impressed.
Always a pleasant experience
Scheduling my appointment was terrible. I waited a long time on the phone to speak with someone and then could not get my test for a while, having me to reschedule dr appt. When I finally came in for the appt I was told I had to pay .I told the front desk clerk that my insurance does not have a co-pay but I only pay 20% of the procedure. She wouldnt allow me to get the exam unless I paid and then said DR would issue me a check for overpaid amount. I have still not received. Please contact me as to how I will get this check
No one answers phones to cancel an appointment. HAD TO DRIVE TO LOCATION! Extremely poor!! My 86 year old mom wouldn’t be able to do that
AFTER TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE, EIGHT TIMES OVER TWO DAYS. SO I GOT IN MY CAR AND WENT TO DR JUST TO MAKE APPOINTMENT. POOR ... POOR SERVICE. NEXT TIME I USE ANOTHER LAB

I wasn't sure what to do when I walked in. The front office staff took their time acknowledging me. They never looked up
Appalling! 3 hours total time spent just trying to schedule appointment, Called on the day at 0900 hrs missed call, no message left! Arrive at 1345 for 2pm appointment to be told I have been rescheduled at 3pm!! O messages, no text no nothing. Appalling service!
Unfortunately, they are severely understaffed. I tired making an appointment at different times of the day for three days straight and no one ever answers the phone. It's a perpetual hold. They need to fix their staffing ASAP!
