Excellent alternative for video conferencing Pros: I like that everything was executed in my laptop browser and no new apps had to be installed. I also like the hold music and that it shows a map of where other people in the call are calling from. Cons: I think there's not much not to like but that said, I didn't like that I couldn't find a way to integrate with my calendar to seamlessly schedule calls with people in advance. Overall: I used it to setup conference calls with customers and colleagues.
Very limited as compared to other similar tools Pros: - Easy to use for starting a quick meeting - screensharing is very easy to use and connects quickly although being based on browser - Good controls given to the presenter. - Thank god they have added a way to stop annoying music when someone is waiting for meeting. UberConference makes it easy Pros: This software is incredibly easy to navigate through. There are so many different ways you can personalize your conference. There are different tools to use to customize the user experience depending on what the conference is used for. You have the option to do a video chat, or a "share screen" which is what I use it for on a daily basis. Easy to use product Pros: The program is simple from my standpoint. There is a phone number you call and that is all. There is nothing complicated. Cons: From my perspective, I have not seen anything negative. UberConference has always worked well for my organization. Overall: It is a simple program that takes away difficult seps.
Gathering everyone for a conference call made easy Pros: I like the ease of use with just a phone number. I also really enjoy the music/talking when you are the first person to join. It is humorous and pleasant. I do not mind being the first person to call in and actually prefer it. It is easy to set up a conference call as well. Great way to chat with others Pros: I like that I can have a conference call with my clients no matter where they're at in the world. Cons: I have several issues where the call didn't record and I lost the info from the call.
Very Glitchy Pros: I like the interface and functionality of UberConference. It's easy enough to set up and use and offers an option to conference in several attendees at one time. Cons: It's VERY glitchy. There have been several times when calls have become mysteriously unmuted for hosts and occurrences when calls just haven't gone out. Overall: Overall, I do like UberConference for its pricing and capabilities. However, I would like to find another product that's more dependable.
Good software, simple entry into meetings, but some connectivity issues Pros: I love the fact that you only need the link to enter the meeting. New Prospects feel better about clicking on a link as opposed to downloading and installing software. UberConference provides that simplicity. Cons: UberConference sometimes suffers from connectivity issues, which I just don't experience with Zoom.
