Great free use Pros: We use uberconference for almost all video or multi-person conferencing. It's easy to set up (doesn't require the download of any software) and pretty customizable. Cons: The free version only allows 45 minutes of calls, which is adequate for most calls. However, when you're approaching the 45 minute mark there is a very loud recorded voice that tells you that you have only 5 minutes, then 1 minute left, which can be quite disruptive to the call. Good but still requires a few clicks Pros: It works well and doesn't drop calls. The ability to know who is on the call is also nice, as well as the summaries afterwards. Cons: Sometimes there can be a few too many clicks to join the call, especially if the person on the other end isn't as technology literate. It also doesn't work on Internet Explorer which has caused issues for us. Overall: Overall good as long as I can walk some of our virtual customers through the process of logging into the chat.
Conference calls made easy Pros: UberConference is a great tool for online conference calls, simple and not complicated to use and login. Our company has been recently using this tool and we love it! Simple, clean, and effective Pros: The user interface is not bogged down with cumbersome features and menus. This is a very simple no-nonsense conference software. The best to use when needing a quick meeting with a client or colleague. Cons: Obviously, some will see a downside to the lack of features and functionality. It's very very simple and a lot of people see that as an issue. Overall: If you are looking for a clean and super simple way to communicate via conference. This is it.
Great audio tool for brainstorming without having to take notes Pros: I love the clean sound of this app and being able to send the recording to whomever I was speaking to right to their email. They seem so impressed! It extends a professional touch of my business. Cons: Being able to schedule a call on the spot via mobile isn't easy to do. This has to be the only thing I don't like about this app. Overall: This tool is easy to use for me and whomever I share the link with. And I adore the 'waiting room' song, cracks me up.
Best conference calling tool out there Pros: Love how easy it is to use, and the fact that they have fun hold music. The SMS reminder if I don't start a meeting is a nice feature as well. Cons: There is an extra download to screenshare.
Really good Pros: This is a free conference call platform that is extremely easy to use and doesn't come with the announced "free call line" sort of thing that some free services use. This means you'll look more professional to your clients. They also have some cool features where you can change the hold music (which is awesome btw) Cons: They've just done a refresh to the company and now they limit you to a shorter free call time unless you pay to upgrade. Useful for extramural conferencing - And a nice song to listen to while waiting! Pros: It's a free source that you can use for extramural conferencing, so it's nice to be able to use in that way. I love the song that plays while waiting for others to join. Cons: Nothing I don't like about it - other than for my company we use google meet, which automatically gets set up on each calendar meeting for internal meetings.
