Amazing call software with weak screen sharing Pros: I've used many conference call and screen sharing services and for calls only - Uberconference is the best. It's easy to schedule a call, you can retain a consistent number for multiple calls and you can have the service call out to someone if you need someone who was not originally invited for the call. Love that calls are recorded Cons: wish it integrated more with outlook. Sometimes difficult to get screen sharing started with all users. Annotation features would be great. Best free video chat / screen share tool you can find Pros: The best part about UberConference is that it is free, you can create your own URL ending, and the screen share is excellent. Cons: The one thing I would change is allow others to control your PC remotely during a screen share. Zoom has this feature. Overall: I needed a fast and free application that vendors could easily navigate to without having to sign up for licenses or download software. 10/10 would recommend.
UberConference recent platform updates are a mixed bag Pros: The features and functionality are pretty impressive. Allowing multiple lines with good sound and video quality is a major pro. Cons: The layout has been updated recently. My company doesn't use the live video and audio features regularly. many times we are using mostly for screen shares, and the revised layout makes finding these settings difficult. Love UberConference Pros: I like that, unlike many conference call software, UberConference puts all of the functionality in one place. I also really love the user experience and presentation of the calls. Cons: Even though this is small, and may be a wifi issue rather than a software issue, but sometimes the screenshare feature is a bit glitchy. Overall: Overall I think UberConference is my favorite conferencing platform. It is more intuitive than Skype, more stable than Zoom and for sure has the best video quality.
Great remote meeting software Pros: I use this software when working with a development team. We are able to sync up with clients easily to talk through project needs. Cons: I don't dislike much about this software. It's easy to download, setup and begin using. I typically login with Linkedin which makes it faster. Overall: I meet with clients across the country to talk about project requests.
Simple conference software Pros: Uberconference was very easy to use & I love the recording of my calls Cons: The user interface for finding recordings wasn't very user friendly, I also wish it integrated with Salesforce
