The best free conference tool! Pros: So easy to use and share meeting with others - the best shared conference call app I've used. The hold music is a nice touch, too, and really makes them stand out from competitors. Cons: I don't have any cons to say about the software at this time. The connection is always good and the platform is easy to use and set up. Overall: Very positive! If I recommend any conference call app, it's always this one.
Super easy for conference calls Pros: What I like most about the software is the ability for people to log into the conference call ahead of time, even if the organizer isn't online yet. Cons: What i like least about the software is the volume limitations which can be challenging with a large group of participants, as well as someone else in the organization has to reserve the line and multiple people can want to use it at once. Overall: The business problems are conference calls and staff meetings.
Free, Easy and Awesome! Pros: We've used UberConference lines for all our meetings and it's simple to use, has few restrictions and has great sound quality. Cons: The record log emails are inconsistent, reporting the call participants and call time. It would be helpful information to get each dial. Overall: This software is excellent for multiple user conferencing.
Reliable and Easy To Use Conferencing System Pros: Uberconference provides a very nice administration console that makes it super easy to manage participants. The service is super reliable. I love the features including the ability to share a screen for those connected via computer, record the session, acquire an 800 number for cheap if needed, use custom hold music, and get an email afterwards of who attended. UberConference is a great tool! Pros: Using UberConference is extremely easy to use, reliable and helpful when meeting with clients in different areas. It is very customizable and allows me to use different tools for different meeting types. Cons: The scheduling function of this software is not very intuitive and is also not very reliable. There were times when I would send invites through the software and some clients wouldn't receive them... very frustrating! UberConference is a great choice for Video Conferencing Pros: This software is easy to get started with. Quickly connect with others and get the call underway. They even have music to listen to while waiting. Cons: No cons i can think of. Have had a couple connection issues but all video conference software seems to have these and may not be the providers fault. Overall: UberConference is a great free alternative to Zoom or JoinMe in a crowded video conference space.

UberConference for sales calls Pros: The connection. I have used many conference platforms over the years and UberConference by far has the best, most stable connection. No weird noises, distortion, or lag. I also love the waiting music, it sets the tone for a cheery conversation which is most helpful in sales. Great for voice or video calls everything else needs work Pros: It's very easy to set up meetings, especially recurring meetings as the phone numbers and URL's stay the same for every meeting. Cons: Screen sharing works poorly and the resolution is always low even when both participants are on a high bandwidth connection. This makes for poor showings on product demo's.
