Love It! Pros: UberConference can be used on any mobile device- anywhere in the world. Meetings can be recorded and screen sharing is featured to enhance online trainings. The best part? It's free! Cons: UberConference lags occasionally (but I attribute that to poor internet connection). Overall: I'm able to teleconference with 5+ employees at once to do online training. Everyone can see my screen and ask questions, which makes my job very easy. Conferences can also be recorded for those who can't watch the training live.

The mobile experience is very powerful, as I can join a conference call by dialing in or using WiFi or LTE to connect to the service. Good lower cost solution for conferencing needs Pros: Solid conferencing functionality, very nice feature to have set conferencing link that auto-starts a conference line when accessed. Cons: Screen-sharing often lags when bandwidth is limited. It seems insecure that when anyone joins an existing conference link they can use the line regardless of the host being present or initiating the call. Overall: Easy and quick access to screen-sharing conference line.
Love the software, great for conducting business meetings online Pros: UberConference is very easy to use, even the free version gives you very good functionalities. The paid version is even better. And you meeting invitees can join the meeting with ease. The user interface also is very good and good for video meeting. Cons: The desktop add in seems troublesome. Although I still prefer to use it, hopefully the online browser version will keep improving.
Improve your conference calls Pros: It has great sound quality. I love the fact that you dont need to use PINs and its easy and straightforward for individuals to join. You dont need to install any program to use it. Cons: They need to develop a better video solution. There are never any issues dialing any of the numbers (other services have numbers that can't be dialed by T-Mobile users, for example).
