Constant bugs and quality issues Pros: When this service first launched, it had great stability and fantastic user experience. Now it is a trash fire, and worse, customer service is horrible--doesn't listen, shoves article text to you that does not address the issue, not helpful, not even nice. Cons: Doesn't work any more. Bugs that make it unusable and unreliable. Skype, Zoom, Hangouts, anything is better than this service now. Terrible Pros: That I am no longer using it. I have used many in the space and uber is by far the most unreliable in the space. Terrible support, terrible software, audio breaks, screenshare stops working. Cons: Never works, audio is broken, support doesn't get back to you, terrible software all around. I lost many sales by using this software.
Great UI, but major stability issues Pros: Super easy to create meetings and sent my prospects an invitation. Seamless integration with Google Calendar. No desktop app you have to instal or complicated dial in processes. Cons: Major instability makes it near unusable. Audio quality is the biggest issue, but occasionally the screen share will drop as well. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Representatives do not respond to questions. Pros: The dashboard is easy to use. However, I wish I could call in with my computer. I tried contacting UberConference support about this but my issue remains unresolved and support seemed wholly uninterested in helping me. Cons: I have been unable to sign in from my computer as a personal user. Even after I log out of my company account, every attempt I make to sign in/call in/log in with an email address NOT associated with the company account fails. ... read more
