Overall: Host and join meetings when team members are located in different locations. It is very beneficial if everyone has good internet connection of good phone reception. They can chose to use either way to connect to the bridge.
UberConference; easy to use in a saturate market space Pros: Ease of Use: This is a big selling point for video conferencing software. If its not easy to use or easy to figure out within about 10 minutes, its probably too complicated. UC has clearly labelled buttons which are prominent on the UI/UX. Calls, video conferencing and messaging Pros: It's a one-click solution for calls with our clients. You could easily view the participants and you also have the ability to share screens when showing presentation decks. Cons: The format of the messaging section is too informal and looks like a regular public chat room. Anyone with the link could simply jump on the call. Overall: It's easy to use and it serves as a standard platform for our clients and candidates.
Simple web conference platform! Pros: Uber Conference locks calls to ensure lines are kept secure and private during important business meetings. Cons: No screen or video recording capabilities and it only includes 10 participants with the free version. Overall: communication
Easiest Meeting Software to Use Pros: Super simple and easy to use, you really cannot go wrong or make a mistake using this software. The best part is it is complimentary for its most basic service. Cons: Features and functionality like recording would be nice, but that is for the paid version. It is never difficult to find cons with the complimentary version, it is great.
A super easy conference line that makes it hard to mess up Pros: I love that it can be easily shared and used with both US and non-US based customers. We have international customers and this covers almost all of our basis. Cons: I wish that you could customize the waiting music. It sounds dumb, but it can get very annoying after listening to it so much.
Probably the easiest meeting software Pros: Simple, easy, super intuitive to use. It is streamlined and very easy on the eyes. I have no idea how it could be raise Cons: The version I used didn't have a lot of features, this is due to the fact that it was the complimentary version.
Simple, easy, and affordable conference call and screen sharing Pros: The pinless conference calls is the best feature of Uberconference and also the dedicated web link for attendees to join via computer mic and speakers. Cons: I do not have any issues, but one limitation is you have to use Chrome Browser to share your screen. Overall: I am able to quickly schedule conference calls by simply having people dial my dedicated number and there is no requirement to enter a PIN.
Loud and Clear Pros: Easy, lightweight, conference calls. My biggest pet peave with some of the competitors is put to rest with UberConference. Everything is done in a browser window, there is a very small extension installed, and it only takes seconds to get up and going. Our team uses 3 different lines in order to manage all of our calls. We rarely have issues like we used to with the competitors (bad call and screen share quality, downloading extenions every day, etc).
