A viable alternative to the more popular choices. Comments: We started using UberConference about 6-9 months ago. It is good quality, easy to use and feels more professional than other software.
Uber Conference has changed the way I talk to clients Comments: Uber Conference is a great tool I use to talk to all my clients when I am unable to see them in person. With the ability for them to see my screen and hear me talk is great as I do a lot of design work which needs to get proofed before it goes live. One big plus is they don't need to download any software to join the conference. All they need to do is click a link.
Better solutions available! Pros: We used Dialpad Meetings when it was Uber Conference. There were way fewer glitches before it joined the Dialpad family of products! Cons: The service is inconsistent and glitchy. We spend too much time troubleshooting when we should be meeting. Overall: Overall we need to find a more reliable, better solution for our business! We plan to make this a priority this quarter.

Uberconference has declined over time Pros: The best part of the uberconference is the lightweight web interface and easy access via phone. Not having to download anything to use the platform is great. Cons: Unfortunately the platform has declined over time. Recently, we've had so many people have issues where they dialed in our went to our meeting via the web and were not admitted to the meeting, or other issues accessing the meeting. Completely Lost Faith Pros: It used to be a great and easy to use the product for international calling but over the past year, the service has declined rapidly Cons: Calls constantly drop. I'm not even able to use the service that I pay for because the web app continues to crash. Every time I enter a room with an international caller we drop off in 30 seconds. Rinse, wash, repeat. Went from a raving fan to a majorly disappointed customer Pros: We decided to purchase this software and used it for a few years exclusively with our global customers - all FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies. What attracted us to Uberconference was the fact that we could have a dedicated pin, fun customizable music, save recordings of our calls, and in general, it was easy to use for our global participants. It was incredibly hard to Laymans to use this software Pros: The software offers a lot of features that would probably be pretty nice for people that use it on a day to day basis. Cons: If you are new to Uberconference getting set up was a little bit of a nightmare. When attempting to do a conference I had to FaceTime to walk my client through how this was supposed to work. Overall: Fine overall service if you already have software installed. But a little too much friction to get set up.
Horrible waiting Music! Pros: The color of the app and clarity is good most of the time. Cons: The horrible music. I dont like the fact that I am not in totoal control .
