I utilize Uber Conference for all virtual meetings, shared desktops, and conference calls. Pros: Uber Conference is a great alternative to WebEx, which often requires browser updates and plug-ins which frustrate customers and delay staff. Uber Conference works every time without hassling meeting attendees for installs. I also like the fact I can see who has dialed in and logged in with a LinkedIn profile. Does exactly as it promises - hosts online conferences with multiple joining options Pros: Screenshare is very useful as it works directly from the browser using a Chrome extension. Participants can join in multiple ways - chat, voice through the computer, voice through dialing in, and video. Hold music is hilarious! Cons: Screenshare doesn't allow remote control. It's not really a major issue as it's conferencing and not a support/troubleshooting service.
Use UberConference for all of my conference call needs Pros: I LOVE the easy, copy/paste function for sharing the call info and I think the custom waiting room music was brilliant and just downright amazing Overall: I wish that there was another custom song to play when I'm waiting on the phone for a really long time
UberConference is a great tool for group teleconferences. Pros: UberConference is a great way for meetings, especially for a mix of in-person and virtual attendants. The ability to have multiple screen sharing sources, and integrated audio feeds from each user, makes sharing diverse meeting content very easy. Conference calls and international dial-ins made easy without a passcode Pros: No passcode required. Other conference call lines require complicated passcodes and dial-in info. International accessibility is easy and free. Recordings easily accessible and downloadable from the website. Cons: Issues with use from certain countries. Hold music options are pretty rough. Not much training on the extra bells and whistles. Overall: Increased conference call efficiency. Cheap and easy international calls.
We had a couple of staff members away for an important meeting and Uber Conference made it happen Pros: once we had it running, the conference was very easy to run and continue. We did not experience any issues Cons: it does take a little exploring to figure out how exactly to use the program. After about 10 minutes we were able to get everyone on board and ready to get going.
Easy to set-up, easy to use and uncomplicated to use with other non-users or new users. Pros: I've tried different web-conference systems with different experiences but uberconference provides a great overall package. The best free (and paid) conference software Pros: Uberconference is very, very easy to use. You dont really even have to schedule a meeting, just tell everyone to call in or visit the url at the same time and it'll work. Plus the number and url don't change, so as long as you don't have concurrent meetings, it makes it much easier. The interface is attractive and intuitive and the call quality is excellent. Perfectly fit our needs Pros: Uber conference was really easy to set up. They offer both a free and Paid version. The free version allows you a lot of the convenience of the paid version but does have certain limitations. The free version only allows up to 10 callers at a time but you are able to schedule meetings online and have online account access as well.
