It was a seamless process.
They were great individually, we were just frustrated by the overall length of time it took and some of the communication challenges along the way.
I will not know till it is all done.
The crew was great from beginning to end. The only one thing that I had an issue with was Disaster not responding back on an update on the product that was damaged. The response I got back from the supervisor was, "I can't micromanage everyone to have everything done". I was not satisfied with that response because my clothing was damaged and was not compensated for.
