We had some water damage on our floor recently, DKI is a sister company of the floor store. Edwin came out to check on the progress of our water damaged floor twice. The first time Edwin came he checked on the area and found that the wood was not drying out, so he quickly made a more isolated enclosure to make sure the dehumidifier was focused on the affected area that needed to be dried.
