Edwin and Erik handled today’s totally unexpected issue - this morning we walked into our guest bedroom and the ceiling had crashed down due to water damage likely coming from the upstairs kitchen. How long the leakage had been occurring is unknown, but it was a mess. Took the time to make sure everything was properly inventory, package and protected for storage. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns even though He had a busy schedule.
