Scheduled to get all of our stuff back from DKI and they were able to get it all in one trip. John and Francisco made sure that all of our items were brought in with care and unpacked everything to our satisfaction. Overall, really happy working with DKI.

We had some water damage on our floor recently, DKI is a sister company of the floor store. Edwin came out to check on the progress of our water damaged floor twice. The first time Edwin came he checked on the area and found that the wood was not drying out, so he quickly made a more isolated enclosure to make sure the dehumidifier was focused on the affected area that needed to be dried. Mike and crew were professional, competent and courteous during the flooring demo, install, and clean up. Arriving on time and very efficient workers during the effort. Excellent work on the Bay Window structure repair/rehab. Cody and Richard's communications were responsive and timely. Five star rating is totally appropriate. Would recommend to all DKI customers.
