Thank you so much to Larry and Omar who came in today to handle water mitigation after an unfortunate mishap involving a hyperactive toilet. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly, and clear about what they were doing, what to expect while they were working, and what to expect going forward. Chela and John did such a meticulous and careful job helping us pack out our kitchen. They did such a nice job carefully wrapping up and thoroughly inventorying each item. DKI came out on short notice and did a fantastic job for us. Eric and Omar were the team that came and spent an entire day cleaning up and clearing out our crawl space so the plumber could safely get in for an emergency repair job. They were both really great to work with, very communicative, and took lots of time to explain every step needed.
