Gem in Rice!! I have lived in many “Luxury Communities” that have really turned into absolute nightmares after I have moved in. So when I was suggested District at Greenbriar thanks to a friend I was a little bit skeptical. My original tour was amazing and the Leasing Agent Alejandro really seemed to listen to what I was looking for and listened to the concerns I had from my previous bad experiences in other communities.
