All the office... (Verified Renter) All the office staff is very helpful. The apartment is quiet and very dog friendly. I believe it?s safe and in a good area. The maintenance staff is wonderful and is very quick!

Even though both myself and one other couple were both executing leases after 5 pm on a Sunday, I really believed Msoo when he said that "he'd rather stay at the property to ensure his prospects are happy then to go home and relax." Genuine. I have dealt with a lot of leasing consultants over the past month, and Msoo is by far the best. I was amazed... (Verified Renter) I was amazed at how quickly it was fixed and how polite the maintenance personnel were!
Location is nice,... (Verified Renter) Location is nice, apartment is nice. If I didn?t have a dog, I wouldn?t live there. I wish the living room and closet was bigger. The bedroom, closet and bathroom are dark.

The small closet... (Verified Renter) The small closet space and lack of storage was the reason I did not lease. The Leasing Staff was awesome I would leased just for them but I have to have storage to store multiple storage containers & clothing
