The staff was... (Verified Renter) The staff was amazing. If it were not for the staff, I would say the complex is overpriced for what it is. The management company needs to make sure their staff (including maintenance personnel) are well taken care of.
We feel respected... (Verified Renter) We feel respected and genuinely cared about as tenants. All the other tenants we've met so far seem peaceful and happy. This is a good community!

The entire staff always greeting with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I loved the... (Verified Renter) I loved the community and the neighborhood and my apartment. But to be honest the front desk attitude makes me almost forget about all that.
Not good Been here for 3 years now. Constant unresolved issues with building amenities. Met with a complete lack of sympathy and incorrect/unrealistic updates when I’ve contacted building management. Complete lack of follow up on apartment maintenance. Yet the rent continues to increase and they never miss a chance to contact you about payments. I’ve even contact the parent company Simpson several times and gotten no response. Tired of it, getting out of here as soon as possible.
