Room was clean an staff were very friendly. They had a coulpe of events here. It was busy but the staff were great. Nothing that I wouldnt expect during the holiday season. All in all, a great stay. They are renovating right now, so there is no buffet. Order from menu Only. Which we did not know till we went down from breakfast. We were not told when we checked in.

The DoubleTree was conveniently located near the Victory Theater where we were attending an event. The hotel had ample parking ($17/night) and clean and well appointed rooms. Staff were courteous and competant. Service was good, nothing above and beyond, but satisfactory

Room was fine clean and the amenities were good. The problem was the check in time and the check out time . Rooms should be ready at the check in time otherwise maybe you all need to change the check out time to earlier like 10 or 11 at the latest Having 10 minutes to get ready to be somewhere at 5 was not a pleasant experience. There were so many people waiting for rooms at check in time.
