The room was so noisy. It sounded like we were in a boiler room trying to sleep. Don't know what it was, but it was bad.
The staff were all incredibly nice and customer-service oriented. From the young man at the front desk when we checked in, to the bartender in the bar, to the young lady who checked us out. Everyone we passed in the hallway from the staff, including maintenance and housekeeping, smiled and wished us a good morning or told us to have a good day.
