Staff was not very welcoming. We were not told about WiFi, breakfast, anything. Once we got down to eat breakfast, we were told breakfast was included with our room. Upon checkout, we found out that they did try to charge us for breakfast. They took it off once I said something to staff about it being included.

Only reason it didn't get a perfect rating was because when we checked in at 3, they sent us to a room that wasn't cleaned yet so we had to go back downstairs to get a different room with all of our luggage.

Newsboys 2018 Tour This hotel was a perfect fit for our trip's purpose = we were in town to see the Newsboys in concert! This hotel is super convenient for that venue! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The cookies were amazing! The staff was super - helpful and courteous! We will absolutely be back!!

The staff were all incredibly nice and customer-service oriented. From the young man at the front desk when we checked in, to the bartender in the bar, to the young lady who checked us out. Everyone we passed in the hallway from the staff, including maintenance and housekeeping, smiled and wished us a good morning or told us to have a good day. The room was so noisy. It sounded like we were in a boiler room trying to sleep. Don't know what it was, but it was bad.
