Great Stay Easy Check in - Very nice facility The only complaint is the parking garage. You would think for $130 plus a night they would toss the parking in for free. It was $12 additional and the way you get from the parking garage to the hotel is a little janky - Still it was worth the money and we would stay again
Very convenient when attending event at Ford Cente Excellent stay. Only one small complaint. Asked to extend check out time to noon. Being a Gold Hilton Honors Member I thought that was one of the perks and would be no problem. The staff member behind the desk was reluctant and acted a little rude, but in the end granted rhe request.
