RecommendedSaturday night we found our Furnace leaking water around it; Sunday at 7am David was there to fix the issue. Sadly with news also our 1996 Furnace was on it's last leg. So we decided to get a new Furnace and finance the purchas we for 18 months at 0% interest. After 10% down payment our ongoing payments are a little over $200. I have a very old furnace in my house. Our electric company was handing out free thermostats so we grabbed one but we weren’t able to use our new thermostat due to our furnace has 4 wires instead of the 5 needed. Our tech that was sent out to us was very honest and knowledgeable about the needs of our furnace and our needs for the near future.
We have used Doug's for many years. They installed our furnace, air, and generator. Very happy with their service. Always on time and their technicians always answer our questions. They typically provide a lot of good detail explanations. Great company to work with!
