Came out spent 15 mins looking out the outside unit, paid $84.00. Owner came out & gave us a bid on a whole NEW set up, which is not what I was asking for, still haven't received a bid on the actual problem. Still trying to figure out what I just paid $84.00 for??? Spent alot of time running down the original installer from 12 years ago.
So unhappy with the service. Just purchased a new furnace. They left the door to the filter off and I couldn't get it back on. They had to fix it when they came to inspect the air conditioner. Really sloppy work. Makes me wonder what other things are wrong that I can't see. Spend all that money and that is the quality of work you get. They need to send surveys out. Bet I would never get one.
