Our air conditioning from 30 years ago quit Monday. Dan was here Tuesday, gave us estimate. New one was installed on Wed. yesterday's heat index 116, today 100, so thankful they got us taken care of so quick. We are elderly and husband has been very sick this year. It was imperative we had it done right away. And everyone made it happen. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone. Installers were great to have in my home, worked clean neat and it works great. thank you so very much.
Our furnace stopped working during the night when the temperature was below 0! Called Doug's and they returned our call in a timely manner.
