Always reliable service for our heating and air conditioning. Answered any questions we had. Pleasant and friendly servicemen.
Always on time and do a great job. Had to get new air conditioner so got several quotes. Doug's was a bit higher than one other, but had a much better warrantee. Turned out that, with the various rebates, which they filed for me, the final cost was lower than the other quotes. Signed up for their yearly furnace and air conditioner check. Well worth the cost! They schedule a time that is convenient for you, let you know when they are on their way, and do a thorough inspection.
Doug’s Heating and Air Conditioning is a must for anyone who is looking for a company that is thorough, caring, and confident. I had a business that I had done a maintenance plan with on my furnace and air conditioner for years tell me that I needed a new furnace because there was a higher than normal level of carbon monoxide detected.
