I had four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Chen. I was able to have the surgery done the same day of the consultation. I was sedated for the surgery and I was in and out of the office within an hour and 40 minutes. I had minimum swelling and the pain was well controlled by the pain meds that they called into my pharmacy. The doctor was very informative and had great bedside manners. I had one tooth extracted last week. The office was very sterile and clean. I was apprehensive at first but I felt very safe in that office with all their precautionary measures. Quick surgery and quick recovery.
Very modern office with a helpful staff and very competent doctor.
I had a growth on my cheek and had it removed by doctor Chen. I was freaked out and nervous going into the procedure. Dr Chen assured me that there was nothing to worry about and calmed me down. The procedure was quick and painless. And Dr Chen called me later that evening to check and was responsive via text when I wanted to know what the biopsy result was. Much appreciated.
Dr Chen took out a fractured tooth as a result of a bad fall. He coordinated the surgery and crown with my dentist and I had the extraction and implant and crown done the same day. Absolutely incredible work and great staff and office.
My orthodontist referred me to Dr Chen for the extractions of my wisdom teeth before Invisalign. The surgery was quick and painless, as was the recovery. Thanks to Dr Chen I was back to normal diet within two days. The swelling and pain was also minimal.
I generally do not write reviews about restaurants or stores and especially not doctors. But I was so impressed with Dr Chen that I had to post my experience. I had to have just one wisdom tooth removed. The tooth was close to my nerve and another surgeon had essentially refused to take the tooth out a few years back. I actually did not have any surgeries done by Dr Chen. I was referred by my dentist to have a tooth extracted. Dr Chen took a CT scan and said the tooth may be saved and referred me back to my dentist who then had his endodontist perform a root canal. In this day and age it’s refreshing to have an honest doctor who puts patient’s well being first and is not overtly aggressive or greedy.
Very nice people and a clean office. Surgery went well and the recovery was fine. Highly recommended.
