I had a pimple and swelling on my lower lip that had been bothering me for a month and would not go down. Dr Chen diagnosed it right away and told me that it was a blocked gland. He removed it the same day. The procedure took all of five minutes, I had zero pain and swelling. And he even called me the night of the surgery to follow up. The staff was very nice and helpful and was able to get most of it covered by my insurance.
I had a tooth extraction done by Dr Chen. The staff was nice and helpful with my dental insurance. The surgery took all of fifteen minutes and I was given thorough instructions. The doctor was very responsive when I texted him with questions over the weekend. One week later I feel like nothing was done in my mouth. I have zero pain and zero swelling. It was much easier than people had told me.
I had four wisdom teeth extracted all at the same time. My dentist told me for years to take it out and finally one day the lower left tooth got infected and I was referred to Dr Chen. I had three implants placed by Dr Chen. The staff was very accommodating with my schedule, and the surgery was relatively fast and painless. The doctor called me in the evening to check on me. When I had a question over the weekend I was able to text the doctor and he responded very quickly. Great office and service.
I was referred to the surgeon by my rental doctor who referred to him as the best oral surgeon he knows. I have since visited the office twice and was pleased both times.
I had a biopsy procedure done. I was extremely nervous about the whole but Dr Chen’s calm demeanor was very helpful. The procedure took all of 5 minutes. It was quick and painless. The staff called me the evening of the surgery to make sure I got my prescriptions, and Dr Chen called me in the evening to leave me his mobile number, just as he said he would. My son had two wisdom teeth that were deemed to be too risky and complicated to get extracted by both the pediatric dentist as well as my own dentist. We've been warned of nerve paralysis and numbness and so we avoided the procedure until one morning when he woke up with a massive infection from his left wisdom tooth. Dr. Chen took out two of my wisdom teeth. Two other doctors had declined to do the surgery because it was too close to the nerve. Dr. Chen looked at the X-ray and calmly explained that while the risk is there, and that he did not necessarily think the other doctors were wrong, he was comfortable to proceed with the procedure.
