Very modern office and the staff was competent with getting insurance verification and coverage. The doctor had very good bedside manners and the surgery was quick and painless.
I had a sinus procedure done by Dr. Chen in preparation for implants in the back of my jaw. I was told by another doctor that it was not possible and that I would have many complications, infection, etc. Dr Chen very thoroughly went over all the options and possible issues but in the end said he was comfortable doing the surgery. Dr Chen took out the wisdom teeth for all three of my children. Each and every time we were treated with professionalism by both the staff as well as the doctor. The surgeries went well, and although the lengths of recovery were different each time, none of the kids had a very rough time. Scheduling was easy and they were very good with following up. I would recommend Dr Chen to any parent.
Dr Chen placed three implants in my lower jaw. Not only was the surgery quick and easy, the recovery was not horrendous as I had expected. Very nice doctor and a help staff.
I had a tooth taken out by Dr Chen. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. The extraction took all of ten minutes and I was back to work the very next day. The staff was very helpful with getting my insurance to cover for the surgery.

I had two implants placed by Dr Chen. I have always been very scared of any procedures done in my mouth, and so I put everything off until I couldn’t deal with not being able to chew on my entire right side. I made an appointment with Dr Chen. The office was clean and modern, and Dr Chen was very nice and patient with all my questions.
