Physician allayed my fears.Reviewed diagnosis and plan of care well.Treatment plan has been very effective.Prompt testing ordered and facilitated receiving it in a timely manner.I’m am waiting for test results and further evaluation.
Dr. Pick-Jacobs is personable and professional. The office is clean and orderly, X-rays were taken, diagnosis and treatment was provided very efficiently.
I saw Dr Pick-Jacobs for the first time to address my pain with trigger fingers. I received injections in both fingers and my pain is at a much more manageable level.

Staff very pleasant from receptionist to medical staff including Dr. and X-ray technician. Seen in timely manner. Dr. And I viewed my X-rays and he pointed out issues and explained what we were viewing. Explained my options. Didn’t push surgery. Will try couple other options first . If they don’t work will go with surgery. Had injection for now . Explained about both types of injections and what to do after having injection. Very pleased with my experience. Thanks guys you all did a great job.

It was a visit I was not looking forward to, and yet it turned out great. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I also never felt the shot when he gave it to me. I would definitely go back to him again and recommend him to anyone.
