My older poodle needed dental work done and they were able to provide a thorough cleaning. Two other Gilbert vets were going to charge $1500 for just the cleaning not including any possible extractions, pain medication or antibiotics. Dr. Kelly charged less than $500 which did end up including all of the potential additions. Overall, their surgical unit was a great experience.
I can't say enough good things about this place. I've brought my cat Orion to them a few months ago. And my dog Ayden a couple days ago. Both for dental cleanings and both times have been awesome! I was worried about my dog going under anesthesia because he has a history of biting and the woman I dealt with reassured me and took the time to make him feel comfortable. During this time with the virus I appreciate how precautious they were with us and knowing that I live way out in queen creek and having to meet them in Chandler I had to only wait within the hour thankfully not two hours and not having anywhere to go due to quarantine. Dr. Kelly's Mobile Surgical was recommended to me and I must say I was extremely satisfied with the neuter for my dog . They were very professional and caring. The best experience for both myself and my kitty GG. Arrived with GG for spay at chosen place and time. We were greeted promptly and courteously. In less than an hour GG was ready to be picked up. That was just over a month ago. She recovered quickly with no complications. I highly recommend Dr Kelly's Mobile Surgical services.
I took both of my pups here to get the canine flu shot and the entire process of scheduling the appointment was A+ customer service. It is hard to call in for appointments while at work, so they allow texting (big plus) and they got back to me very quickly. I had to get 2 rounds of booster shots as required by my dogs' daycare and Kelly's even went as far as calling the daycare to ask a question on my behalf. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kelly's. They have done dental cleanings on three of my dogs with great results at very reasonable prices. A few administrative issues notwithstanding, I would highly recommend taking your beloved pets to Dr. Kelly's for treatment.
I work at a different vet clinic who doesn't do certain orthopedic surgeries, our outdoor cat dislocated his back leg over the weekend, I was trying to find a cheaper route than the specialists charging $3k + for an FHO surgery and Dr Kelly's mobile unit was the only place who got back to me quickly and literally got him in within 24 hours for surgery. We had a very good experience with having our little girl spayed. They took such special care of her. She is a very timid shepard and they were calm with her and made us feel good about leaving her with them. They kept us appraised of everything and made it a very nice experience.
