I was pleased to schedule the appointment to have my dog spayed at such an affordable rate of $120 and the assurance that she would be observed for the day while I was as work. I was told this price also included the collar and after surgery pain medication. As soon as I dropped her off I was told to pick her up in 45 minutes to an hour (this was the same situation for the person in line behind me). Annoyed, we waited 1 1/2 hours because they were behind schedule. We stayed because my dog, who is 12 years old, needed a tooth extracted, only to be told my dog has a grade 5 heart murmur and they won't touch him. What? No vet has ever indicatinthat my dog has a murmur. After reading reviews it seems they don't like to work on older dogs. Just be upfront and don't waste my time.

I've used Dr. Kelly mobile in the past, but it's clear they have grown too much and can no longer adequately sustain a decent business model of scheduling people in a timely fashion. Their schedule for dentals only goes 6 weeks out at a time, and if all full for the area you're in, you are forced to be put on a regular wait list and/or a cancellation wait list. Wow. Unimpressed. To be courteous I cancelled my cat's spay since she disappeared which is very upsetting to our family. I wasn't even worried about the deposit but apparently they wanted to make sure I knew I wasn't getting it back.

Terrible experience here! What should have taken an hour took over 3 hours. My appointment was at 7:15 and my dog did not get neutered until 9:15. Check in and check out were very rushed leaving no room for questions. Very disappointed with the service and professionalism here. Save both you and your pets time and take them somewhere that cares for their patients.

Website indicates affordable pet care . Called about dental cleaning for my two dogs. $700 to $900 for one dog. Advertising is deceptive. Not sure who thinks this is AFFORDABLE. I do not. This is approximately $100 less than the normal vet. If your dogs are old, forget about it. Apparently Dr Kelly isn't a full vet as I was told they don't service old dogs .

This place is absolutely horrible! We waited weeks for an appointment- put $100 deposit show up today for the appointment and no one was there! We were never notified and told a manager was unavailable! Our dog was hot, hungry and scared! I took off of work for nothing! And if that wasn't bad enough they haven't returned our $100 deposit- don't waste your time with this horrible place!
