The dental office is very modern, with very good diagnostic equipment. Dr. Frank and the technicians Mickey and Joe who work there are professionals who know what they are doing, and at the same time they are able to create a friendly and stress-free atmosphere, which is very important in such a place. I thank them for that.
Doctor Frank is the best specialist and I'm happy that he and his fantastic team were ones to take care of me. Every step of the way Doctor was making sure that I'm feeling well, that everything runs smoothly and well. Staff was very informative about my procedure. Explained the process thoroughly and even called to follow up the day after to check in on how I was doing. Overall professional staffing & great treatment. My only minor complaint was no one really told me when I was going under anesthesia. It was more of a okay we’re putting the iV in & we’ll soon get started. I would’ve at least appreciated a heads up like “you’ll be going to sleep in a couple seconds” or something like that. My All on 4 procedure with Dr. Frank was in August of 2024 and I have received excellent care in the actual procedure and my follow up visits. Even when I had a concern & went in to address this concern I have always been listened to & not dismissed, answers were explained fully to my satisfaction, and always treated with respect by every person I had contact with.
