Dr. Grigoryants is an excellent doctor. He is honest and will tell you when you don't need a certain procedure, which many doctors won't. He is also an expert at rhinoplasty, with so much experience. The recovery process was not bad at all. I was really nervous leading up to my surgery, but now looking back I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is on the fence.

I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am that I chose Dr. Grigoryants for my rhinoplasty. He is truly an incredibly talented surgeon and artist!! My nose was very droopy with a large dorsal hump, and before my surgery, I wasn't aware that there were also bone fragments inside my nose (even though I never had any major trauma in the past). Having my nose done with Dr. G was the best decision I've ever made! My nose was mostly wide with a bit of a hump not too noticeable. I wanted an upturned nose, but looking at all the reviews made me incredibly nervous and worried that my nose would end up looking too fake. the first few weeks following my surgery I was devastated because my nose was way too upturned, however Dr. G knows EXACTLY how much to upturn each nose so that when it drops, it ends up perfect. Dr. Grigoryants has been very professional, nice and informative. He was upfront with honest expectations. He did not show an ounce of arrogance (like other surgeons did), nor did he try to pressure me into going through with the procedure. I love my new nose so far, and can't wait for the final results!

I had a couple of issues to fix with my nose - prior rhinoplasty that left me with a wider than desired nose/open roof deformity and also a hanging columella from a lip lift.
