I am about 3 years post-op from rhinoplasty. The results are exactly how I wanted, my nose still looks natural but the bump I hated so much is gone. He is a true artist and you should 100% trust this doctor to give you an amazing nose

I'm not sure what to rate yet as I'm only 7 months post OP revision rhinoplasty. To be honest I'm scared when the swelling goes down I won't like what I see but at the same time trying to manifest what I desire. I love how my hump is removed, the grafts he added has made my breathing much better and looks less pinched and there is great improvement with the nostrils being asymmetrical. It's just now I am seeing bumps and dents in the tip giving the look of a square tip at a certain angle and only on the right side. I pray on... read more

Does anyone have information regarding the inconsistencies with a primary rhinoplasty cost? I completed the email consultation and was quoted $9,800. I’ve seen several $9,500 and even up to $11,000...

I am so happy with my new nose! It’s everything I cold dream of! I wanted a turned up tip with a sloped bridge and Dr.G gave me exactly what I hoped for! He is an amazing surgeon. I would only trust Dr.G with my revision surgery, he does so much work on noses that he knows how to make a functional beautiful nose.

I just underwent a primary Rhinoplasty with Dr Grigoryants on Nov 13. Travelled across the world (literally took me over 23 hours to get to LA) Will post my results shortly. Just got my cast removed this morning and it’s definitely a different nose - don’t really know how I feel about it yet (can’t decide if I like it but from what I can see, Dr G gave me what I asked for) but I’m posting this review so that people can ask me questions about the procedure and I will answer all of them! I have scheduled my surgery with Dr. G on the 4th of February. I had my consultation on Saturday after almost 2 hours of waiting. I had like a 15 minute consultation with doctor. Although it was very very short. Idk, it sorta made me felt at ease that he knew exactly what he would do once he saw my nose. Exited but nervous of not knowing what the outcome will be.

I went to my consultation with dr G three weeks ago and it went well I do so I was able to express a bit more of what I wanted he mentioned what he felt would be best in my case. He wasn’t rushing but also wasn’t asking what I wanted, but over all he was nice. I’m excited to post my experience here. I will be posting photos very soon ????????
