I totally forgot to add pictures on my last post. But, I hope you guys can see the huge difference in my nose. Its very swollen still since my cast was removed only yesterday. I know I have a long year to go until I can see my final results. But, so far I'm very happy with my results. I hope this helps anyone out there that thinking about rhinoplasty.

I am still taping my nose every single night before bed. I feel swollen still, but overall. I like what I am seeing thus far. Going back to work meant I had to do my makeup to cover bruising. I did contour my radix area because it is still swollen, nothing a little makeup can’t fix while healing

I had been wanting this since I was younger. I broke my nose a few times during soccer and developed a huge bump. I wanted to undergo this not only for cosmetic purposes but I also had a deviated septum and asymmetrical nostrils. After extensive research, I found Dr. Grigoryants. It is very important to do your research and find a doctor that will accommodate your wants and needs. We all know cosmetic procedures are out of pocket expenses and you want to invest your money into a good surgeon. In my case I am very happy I cho... read more

Hello new nose! Okay, I knew Dr. Grigoryants was the ultimate best choice for rhinoplasty and I trusted him. But even he didn’t want to toot his own horn when he saw my cast removal & I told him he deserved to. My bump was GONE and my tip so cute and defined. Love love love my profile. I just hate my front view, I looked like a complete avatar from the swelling. The radix area between my eyes had extensive swelling. Overall, I was happy with my cast removal! I couldn’t stop looking at my profile in the mirror. He showed me h... read more

This has been an emotional roller coaster! Some days I love my nose some days I am not so sure. I am really OCD So I am pointing out the smallest imperfections. However my biggest concern to begin with was the dorsal hump. BUT, when I touch my nose I still feel a bump. Not as prominent of course but it’s there. Is it possible for it to come back? Or am I being to hard on myself Anyways, I’ve learned how to contour cause I still don’t like my radix area, I feel a lot of swelling there & my tip. Patience is KEY!

Dr. Grigoryants is the very best! I'm over 4 ypo and I'm still so happy I chose him as my surgeon for my rhinoplasty. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner!! Thanks, Dr. Grigoryants! You are a true artist.

I’m only ten days post op and I’m loving my new nose. It’s looking better every day. Dr. Vladimir did an exceptional job. The staff was friendly. And quick too. The recovery process hasn’t been to bad either. I can now feel confident about my nose.
