It keeps getting better! Still have bruises and nose is super swollen (especially in the front/45 degree angle pictures). Breathing wise I'm still congested but each day is better than before. I'm spraying my nose with warm water every 4 or so hours to help loosen everything up. After the rinse I clean very carefully with a q-tip at the very rim of my nostril, then apply vaseline inside with a paper napkin. I'm also trying to stay as hydrated as possible. I'm really happy with everything so far :)
My surgery was on Dec 04, 2019. I have never written a review before and won’t usually do it about such a personal event, but I wanted to contribute and let people looking for the best option know that Dr. Grigoryants is a humble, talented, and very skillful surgeon who will gift you a beautiful and functional nose! Just had my pre-op with Dr. Grigoryants! He is such a kind and patient person. I really enjoyed meeting him in person. He listened to me and explained everything he was planning on doing. He definitely put my fears at ease. Surgery is officially on the 16th of December!
Hi everyone! I'm scheduled to have a rhinoplasty by Dr. Grigoryants in December. I'm extremely nervous. Attached are some pictures of my nose now, and wish pics. My nose isn't bad at all, but I just want it to look smaller and more defined. I've been following Dr.G for about five years on Real Self, Instagram, and Facebook. I chose him because I truly believe he is the best rhinoplasty artist in the world. I could have never trusted any other surgeon, because I know he is an expert at his craft.
yesterday was rough as far as not feeling well. However i blew this out of my right nostril and was ecstatic! I can breathe through my right nostril!! Now i need the same thing to happen to my left side.
I can breathe through both nostrils, but only 50%. My sense of smell is dull. Bruising is getting better, but apparent with and without makeup. Been feeling depressed. I’m guessing it’s from SX drugs. Still sleeping upright. Been using ocean spray at night and as needed during the day, but my nose feels very dry. Also tape my nose at night with micropore tape. My nose feels extremely dry even though I use saline constantly. The stitches in my nose look thick and don’t look like they are going to dissolve anytime soon. They also hurt. I’m taking non narcotic pain meds which help. I also take sudafed during the day and mucinex at night. My breathing has not improved and I wonder if I have a sinus infection because my forehead hurts/ and is sensitive too. I hope it’s normal to still be feeling pain. He is very knowledgeable and definitely has a good eye. I had a C shape nose and a hump that bother me since I was young teen. I'm now in my 30's and I'm so happy I decided to go with Dr. Grigoryants. I have been admiring his work for a while. Yesterday I had my surgery. I wasn't scared or nervous whatsoever.
