I went in for a root canal. My last one was 15 years ago and a miserable experience (different dentist), so I was nervous. The staff was incredible and so kind. Then Dr A was amazing. It took an amazingly short amount of time to do. No pain. Little discomfort. I was kept entertained by interesting stories. Do I want to go back for another one? Of course not! But the experience was a very positive one.
Dr Aipersbach took the time to explain what was going to happen. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Overall, a good experience. Definitely would recommend.
Starting with the staff, they were all polite and respectful.The medical staff extremely proficient.Dr. William makes you feel part of the entire team keeping me informed of what, when and how the procedure will be conducted.
Dr. Aippersbach is amazing. He made a commonly difficult experience very painless. He explained every step in clear layman terms which were easy to understand. I give him the highest recommendation. I was also very appreciative of his assistant. Great teamwork.
DR Bill was very pleasant and explain everything clearly. My root canal went so smoothly and quickly. His nurse was excellent. Also, the staff was efficient from start to finish no time wasted in waiting for my appointment time. 5 stars
I had been to this provider before for a root canal that went very well, so when my dentist told me I needed another root canal, I wanted to go back to the same practice. After looking at my x-rays and doing an exam, he told me that unfortunately I did not need a root canal that the tooth could not be saved. Now, he could’ve done the root canal and charged me, and eventually I would’ve lost the tooth, but he was honest and told me my money would better be better spent looking into a bridge or an implant. I appreciated the fact that Dr. Aippersbach assessed my tooth and gave me possible options for care. His treatment was efficient, and he communicated the follow-up that was necessary. He was thoughtful in the way he treated me and his assistant. I definitely recommend Dr. Aippersbach for endodontic care.
