The Doctor was prompt and very efficient the assistant was also quite efficient they obviously knew their business well. I have had several other root canals done and this was the least painful that I've had to date. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Can I give a root canal five stars? No. Can I give Dr. Aippersbach five stars for making it a not-awful experience? Yes. I was pretty nervous about getting a root canal done. This was my first root canal and I was dreading this visit. Dr. Bill put me at ease from the get go! He made me feel very comfortable from introducing himself by his first name (I liked the personal touch) to explaining the process thoroughly. There's nothing like going in expecting the worst and experiencing the best! The process was over before I knew it and I experienced no discomfort. I hope I don't ever have to do this again, but if I do, I know where I'm going!

The doctor and stuff were courteous, explained everything well. The doctor was very skilled in anesthesia injections, they were not too painful. I was pleasantly surprised. He did root canal on a tooth that was part of a bridge and he saved the bridge.
