Upon arrival, they got me in quickly. The efficiency of my care was five stars! It’s very apparent that they care about their patients and will do their best to provide exceptional service.
The staff was very pleasant and very informative on every step of what was happening. Before the procedure Dr. Aippersbach and his assistant Christian explained everything that was about to happen and made sure to answer any and all questions before getting started. Dr. Bill was very kind and efficient. He made me comfortable and explained my procedure thoroughly and routinely checked upon my status. I greatly appreciated the fact that he and Christian (assistant) were perfectionists. I oddly enjoyed my visit as I do not particularly enjoy dental appointments. The staff was also friendly, especially Christian, he was very polite. I was a same day appointment was in and out of the office faster than expected. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Bill (Aippersbach)!
I’ve been to Dr Aippersbach probably 3-4 times in my life and 3 of those times were in the last 2-3 years, and it was a wonderful experience every time! He is great at explaining the conditions of the teeth and gums as well as the procedure before and during the surgery. He and his team make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during the process and insures your continuous comfort with efficient after care treatment and instructions. Very good. It only took a few minutes for him to diagnose my tooth problem and provide recommendations for a permanent fix.
He seemed to understand my fear of dental work and seems understanding. My root canal is scheduled in a few days.
I am reviewing the doctor and not the office staff. Dr. Aippersbach explain every step of the root canal procedure and was very gentle. I appreciate his approach.
