The efficiency and professionalism between doctor and technician really helped my procedure go smoothly.
Dr. A has a terrific “ bed side manner” and is highly skilled.His assistants are also awesome.The front office team needs coaching in customer service and efficiencies.Coaching in phone etiquette would also be a plus.This was in the Orlando - Waterford Lakes office.
Loved the service , Dr Aippersbach was very informative and did a great job. Transmitted knowledge and patience while working. Definitely recommend.

Dr A was amazing. He is respectful and caring. Had a root canal done and did not feel anything during or after the procedure. Anytime I’m in need of a root canal or difficult procedures he may go to. Excellent doctor!

Office staff seemed to love working there. I came in terrified, the Dr did everything in his power to reassure me and reminded me of my options for care very empowering and empathetic . I had a pain free root canal and now I can't believe I avoided it for so long. I've already recommended him to a few friends. Absolutely wonderful.
