I was not looking forward to this initial visit. I could only think of the worst news ever. The entire office was friendly. Each person I saw was professional. The office was clean and inviting (if such a thing ever existed at a doctor's office.) Dr. Bill was friendly, efficient and he explained everything in such a manner that I could clearly understand. Had a root canal done yesterday morning. I've had several previously and by far this one was the smoothest and nearly painless experience. The doctor explained the entire procedure at the beginning and made it seamless. I highly recommend him and his staff. Fantastic job!!! Thank you so much.
I am a former Nurse Manager of the University of Maryland Dental School Maxillo-Facial Surgery Dept. Upon arriving for my apt. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the professional behavior of the staff. My procedure was done comfortably and Dr. Aippersbach's expertise was evident from the onset. His staff treated me very well, and were attentive to the needs of myself as well as those of the endodontist. I will feel comfortable recommending this office to anyone.
For someone like me who has MAJOR anxiety, the office staff and Dr. Aippersbach were extremely kind, understanding and explained everything. They really made me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended

This may have been the best experience I have ever had relating to medical. Dr. A. explained everything fully. Answered every question. Assistant Laura was fantastic! There was no rushing, extremely professional and super personable and really cared about my well being! Could not ask for more. Highly recommend!
I had 1 root canal about 12 years ago, and it was traumatic. After about 2.5 years, I made my first post pandemic dental appointment. When I learned I would need a root canal, I panicked. I reluctantly scheduled the appointment and went in for the appointment. I shared that I’ve had several issues with anesthesia (such as it wearing off or not being enough when they started), and addressed my concerns and made sure I was good throughout the entire process. Dr. Aippersbach is so friendly. He took time to answer all my questions. He treats the staff with respect. He was patient with me and made sure I was very comfortable
Dr Aippersbach is fabulous at what he does. Had 2 root canals done with in less than one hour and the cost (no insurance, self employed) was not bad either. The time spent in the chair was relaxing and even got to listen to him sing along with the radio. Truly as pleasurable experience as getting a root canal can be. Hope I have never need another but if I do, I will be returning to his office. Everyone there from Sherry, to Laura to Gigi to Bill himself was awesome.
