Excellent Endodontist, who took care of my issues with the tooth relatively painlessly, within an hour. I haven’t eaten any solids yet; but, everything feels great. 5 Stars!!!
Very pleasant! Office staff warm, and friendly. Sherry - the Doctor’s assistant very kind yet so professional! I now understand the reason Dr. Aippersbach was voted one of the top rated dentist and was given a five star. Professionalism coupled with a warm, and gentle manner, makes this Doctor a ‘cut above the rest’.
The staff was very personable & Dr Aippersbach took his time to explain the procedure to me & was very gentle. His dental assistant was very nice & helpful as well.
Very professional it needs to carry over to the front desk
The Dr and the assistant were fine. Now phone receptionist staff is not understanding what I am saying. Due to her lack of understanding I was very frustrated. I have to recommend someone else's services, for the lack of communication skills. They gave me written prescriptions, but they were made out to the wrong person. When I called to explain the situation the phone receptionist did not fully comprehend what I was saying. That made me very frustrated. I would have to go elsewhere
