Excellent Endodontist, who took care of my issues with the tooth relatively painlessly, within an hour. I haven’t eaten any solids yet; but, everything feels great. 5 Stars!!!
Very pleasant! Office staff warm, and friendly. Sherry - the Doctor’s assistant very kind yet so professional! I now understand the reason Dr. Aippersbach was voted one of the top rated dentist and was given a five star. Professionalism coupled with a warm, and gentle manner, makes this Doctor a ‘cut above the rest’.
The staff was very personable & Dr Aippersbach took his time to explain the procedure to me & was very gentle. His dental assistant was very nice & helpful as well.

The Dr and the assistant were fine. Now phone receptionist staff is not understanding what I am saying. Due to her lack of understanding I was very frustrated. I have to recommend someone else's services, for the lack of communication skills. They gave me written prescriptions, but they were made out to the wrong person. When I called to explain the situation the phone receptionist did not fully comprehend what I was saying. That made me very frustrated. I would have to go elsewhere
Like others have stated, he has a lack of bed side manner. I, 20 having my first ever root canal was nervous, his assistant ensured me to raise my hand if I felt any pain, he started and I felt EVERYTHING and instantly freaked out.. instead of apologizing, or even acknowledging its pain, he yelled at me.. that’s right! YELLED AT ME to put my hands down AND I QUOTE “you’re not a baby nobody is here to hold your hand” and due to the rubber over my mouth I could only breath through my nose which made it hard to stop hyperventil... read more
Dr. William Aippersbach recently saw me for a root canal procedure; he gave me some anesthesia so we could start the procedure and sent me out to the front desk to pay as the anesthesia began to work. Once he started the process, he instructed me to point out to him if I felt any pain; I did, and he did not stop, even though I was clearly showing discomfort. When I screamed because he kept drilling, I was told, and I quote, 'ok, relax, you're not the only one here; we don't need the yelling; we're all adults here.' Which I f... read more
Drive over an hour due to good reviews. Naturally nervous as almost anyone would be to go to a dentist, I asked exactly what was going to be done. The Dr was extremely unprofessional as he saw that I was nervous. He indicated that the nervousness I was demonstrating I should be sedated and said he was done. He didn’t even look at my tooth.
