Like others have stated, he has a lack of bed side manner. Dr. William Aippersbach recently saw me for a root canal procedure; he gave me some anesthesia so we could start the procedure and sent me out to the front desk to pay as the anesthesia began to work. Once he started the process, he instructed me to point out to him if I felt any pain; I did, and he did not stop, even though I was clearly showing discomfort. Drive over an hour due to good reviews. Naturally nervous as almost anyone would be to go to a dentist, I asked exactly what was going to be done. The Dr was extremely unprofessional as he saw that I was nervous. He indicated that the nervousness I was demonstrating I should be sedated and said he was done. He didn’t even look at my tooth.
