I had a root canal on 11/29/2022 at 10:00 AM. Dr. Aippersbach and his staff did an amazing job. They were very thorough and explained everything to me about everything being done in this procedure. I woke up this morning and experienced no pain or discomfort as well as an infection. I am very pleased and would recommend the team that worked on me to anyone. I absolutely despise dental work. I almost threw up when my general dentist told me I would have to get a retreatment on my previous root canal from over 20 years ago. However, I could not be more surprised by my experience with Dr. Bill and his team. This office was so clean and organized. I was impressed with television screens in each treatment cube. Root canal performed while making me feel as comfortable as possible. Friendly, professional dentist and staff.
Dr. Aippersbach and his staff did a wonderful job. Had 2 root canals done on molars next to one another. Very good bedside manner, comforting. Explained everything that was happening. Very little discomfort. His assistant Chris did a great job as well. Took under an hour to do.
I went to Dr. Aippersbach for a scheduled root canal on the left bottom and top molars. His staff was kind and courteous and he was patient and very polite. He gave me a breakdown of the damage and allowed me to make the decision on what I wanted him to do. I decided to get both done in one day and he was happy to do so. He was very polite, gentle and made sure I was ok. Very clear with every process he had to do. His assistant was very attentive and they both did a great job.

Always greeted with a friendly and courteous staff. Root canals are not on the top of my list for pleasurable things to do but I was made very comfortable and absolutely no pain! Dr. Aippersbach was great at explaining the process and talking me thru the process. Highly recommend!
