So so The lights near the bed did not work. The bathroom did not have a working vent. Only one elevator was working.

The room was big and clean. Great view of the Arch with the river view room. The pool was a little too cold, but overall good. Close and easy drive to town, plus the casino

Safe and quiet hotel. Rooms clean and functional. TV's are little small and the front desk attendants are hard to catch up with at night. Otherwise the best bargain for the downtown St.Louis area. Also... FREE PARKING

The hotel is very outdated and old looking. The drawer in my room was off track and just sitting on top of another drawer. The heater was too loud. I couldn't even hear the tv. They need more variety of food places. The deli is not there no more. They have 3 places to eat and Brigdeway is pricey. Time for a remodel.

This was my favorite hotel to stay when on business trip to ST Louis, unfortunately 3- 4 years post pandemic this last visit wasnt as pleasant as before , front desk attendant clerk at check in not very friendly, room needs improvements, closet door was brocken, toilet paper holder was loose and unable to stay put, room carpet looks either very old or water damaged, I used to love this hote, location is great for my business meetings in downtown.
